In accordance with Tennessee State law, the 2020 Personal Property Schedule must be completed and filed with the Assessor of Property by March 2, 2020 . Failure to file your Schedule will result in the Assessor issuing a Forced Assessment for your business Personal Property. A Forced Assessment is an assessment resulting from the Assessor's estimation of value. Once you have received a Forced Assessment, the only way to set it aside is by completing the Schedule and filing a 2020 appeal with the Shelby County Board of Equalization.

For security purposes, you must use the PIN number assigned to your personal property account. Your PIN number is found on your Schedule that was mailed to you on January 10, 2020. Please contact the Assessor’s Office by calling 901-222-7002 if you have misplaced your original Schedule.

Please enter your Parcel ID Number and PIN Number provided on your 2020 Schedule to begin your online filing session.
